Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
- To be eligible for a return/ refund, your item must be in perfect sellable condition (unworn, with the tag on and placed in its packaging).
- Please note you can only exchange an item once. Once exchanged, the item cannot be returned. Items bought on sale are final and cannot be exchanged.
- We have a 7 days return/ exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please allow 3-5 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
- For orders placed in the UAE, we will arrange for collection of the returned items. The collection fees will be paid by the customer before the collection and the fee is AED 30 for each return. In case of a refund, the fees will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

GET YOUR RETURN READY
- Once you have received a reply from us. Please pack up the items you’d like to return.
- If you are in the UAE, the courier company will get in touch with you to arrange for the return.
ITEMS ON SALE
- All items marked “Sale” are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
- Sale items are nonrefundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed.
